This website provides general information about Lawton Workflows. It does not constitute a binding service proposal or guarantee a particular operational or financial result.

Workflow Audit

The Workflow Audit is £225 for one agreed, clearly defined workflow. The standard audit includes a short intake, a 60-minute working session by video call or, where practical for Liverpool-area businesses, face to face; a written action plan within three working days; and a 15-minute follow-up call within 14 days. If the requested review is unusually broad or contains several separate workflows, any expanded scope will be agreed before extra work is charged. The audit is diagnostic and does not include live implementation unless expressly agreed in writing.

Implementation credit

If a Lawton Workflows implementation project of £750 or more is commissioned within 30 days of the completed audit, the full £225 audit fee will be credited against the agreed implementation price. If no qualifying implementation is commissioned, the Workflow Audit remains a standalone piece of work with no obligation to continue.

Implementation and support

Workflow Fix pricing starts from £695 and Workflow Build pricing starts from £1,295. Each project requires a separate written scope and proposal. Optional ongoing support is quoted separately. No implementation begins without client approval.

Third-party systems

Software subscriptions, licences and third-party services are excluded unless a written proposal states otherwise. Availability and terms of third-party services remain outside Lawton Workflows’ control.
